After I order one of the services, what happens next?

• One of our managers will reach out within 24 hours to set up a short call to gather all of the necessary information to ensure we deliver that service according to your needs. For example, if we’re building a custom website, we’ll schedule a consultation call with you to get your inputs around what you want it to look like, what functionality you need, etc.

What if I am unhappy with the finished product?

• We offer 2 free revisions with any of our services. After we finish, we deliver to you for approval - we ask that you give us feedback within one week of delivery, and then we can make revisions based on your feedback.
